Haiti had serious infrastructure issues before 2010’s earthquake struck. No plumbing. No sewer systems. No toilets, at least not the American version. The earthquake only made the problem worse, but now several groups have now stepped in to tackle this messy problem, including Patricia Arquette and her foundation GiveLove.
